If your child is already a patient of the practice
* If your child is a returning patient or is a current patient, DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Try logging in and checking the FAQ section. If you are still having problems, call the office at (641) 682-5437 and we will get everything linked correctly, otherwise, you will create duplicate accounts.
If you are new to the practice
* Follow the instructions on the Creating an Account help page. Note that after you have registered, you will NOT be able to use Online Patient Services until after your first office visit.
* If you call to make an appointment but have already created a portal account, please TELL the receptionist that when they making your appointment.
